We gather together as I retell the stories of the history of D'ni, from their origins on Garternay to present. Currently, I am telling the story from the Book of Atrus. The stories are in Second Life in Tsahno's Bevin on SUnday Nights at 10:00PM SL time, and are retold on the following Saturday night at 10:00PM cavern timein MOULa in Tsahno's Bevin. The Sunday night Stories in SL are told in text, and the Saturday night stories are told in voice.

Both Story Nights are open to all explorers the entire Uru community, as well as all There refugees who have emmigrated to us from There.

It's KI time. Look in the upper right-hand corner of the full KI view (the one that covers the whole screen, not just the HUD-type thing that sits in the corner). Under the symbols and coordinates it tells you your current Age or location, and below that it shows you the current time.

T'sahno are you summarizing the D'ni stories in text or typing out the books? Is there a reason that you are not using voice chat in-cavern in Uru for this? I am asking to be able to describe your activity for the GoG events calendar.

The stories are being hosted in both Second Life ( http://slurl.com/secondlife/Vulcan%20Myst/38/105/22 or IM me, Rehnehmtahn Later, for a TP) and in Uru in Tsahno's Bevin. If the Bevin is not present in the Nexus, IM me, r'Tayrtahn, KI# 308297 for a KI invitation to the Bevin. Please feel free to post these events on both the GoG and GoMe calendars.

The stories are from the books of the kings, from the novels and from the games. Neither the books of kings nor the books from the Myst Reader are told verbatim. Rather, they are summaries of the stories, told in a manner to keep in mind the whole of the history and how the past has affected the present. Currently, we are covering the events from the Book of Atrus. Future stories will cover the events of the games of Myst, Riven, The Book of D'ni, the game of Exile, the game of Revelation, Yeesha's journeys as told in Bahro glyphs and her speeches in the Bahro cave and a history of the restoration through April of 2008. After that, the stories will return to the beginning on the Age of Garternay.

Sunday nights at 10:00PM SL time (pacific -- 6:00AM Monday GMT). The stories are told in text chat.

As I was hosting in the Guild of Greeters Bevin tonight, someone asked where Story Night was. I gave them the Tsahno Bevin name, but it was not on the Nexus List.

Is Story Night active again after the summer? Should I advise folks that the best way in is to PM r'Tayrtahn (KI # 308297) for a Bevin invite?

They usually have the Tsahno's Bevin public when story nights are going on. Occasionally the hood isn't on the nexus list for story nights. Usually you will have to send a pm to r'Tayrtahn (KI#: 308297) and request an invite to the Bevin.

If you're wondering what happened with Mystie, Dadguy, I was able to get her an invite eventually.

Here's hoping r'T gets whatever was causing him to crash last night fixed. Trying to put on a get together like this and getting booted every few minutes must be BEYOND frustrating.
