As some of you know, the Guild of Healers continues with the Sunday events as well as the occasional larger gatherings. I am also pleased to introduce a new member of the Guild, who will begin leading more in-Cavern events. Her name is Crystal Dante, and she has held an event in the hood that went well and that will take place again at some point. In addition, she will begin to survey interest in other types of healing events aligned with her area of healing. Stay tuned for her own post in this thread and for her announcements regarding GoH events in the Cavern.

In other news, the GoH forum will be moving. If you use the Moul forum for event announcements, nothing will change. If you received an email from me recently, look soon at the Open Uru forum in the Community Section. Since most of our posts are event announcements, an entire forum isn't really what we need. Most of our discussions take place in the cavern. Healing discussions are, by nature, a little different from regular opinion-style threads. They tend to happen In-Cavern more often than on a forum.

The Sunday Meditations and Compassion & Caring Assemblies will continue each 2nd and 4th week. It has been great to see so many new and old faces at these small but regular activities. While they are not exciting or filled with drama, I do believe that we are doing something positive for those who share their time with us. We are also working on a few different storyline ideas for events as well - one which Crystal and I will co-guide. There are good things coming in the near future!

For those who don't know me, my name is Crystal, but feel free to call me Crys. I will also answer to Dante. To give you a little background on me as a healer, I am a Reiki Master Teacher of two types of Reiki: Usui Reiki, which is the standard original tradition, and Kundalini Reiki. Being a Master Teacher of Reiki means that not only am I at a master level of the healing practice itself, but I can also attune (the process of becoming able to use Reiki) and teach other people Reiki. Reiki itself, if you're not familiar with the term is a type of energy healing that can be either hands on or, after a certain level, distant healing. I also have practice leading people in various types of guided meditations and energy exercises. I hope to apply these skills to bring more healing and wholeness to the Cavern community, especially as there seems to be a desire and interest for it right now.

As Ghaelen said, I have already held one healing event, last Sunday- a Reiki Healing Session. A good number of people showed up (about ten including myself) and it went quite well. Everyone was very supportive of those receiving healing and talking about the illnesses or issues they wanted to heal. Afterward, there was a consensus that this type of event is something people would like to see repeated, so I'm most likely going to begin holding that on some sort of regular basis. That was held on Sunday at 8AM KI, and I might keep that time, but I'm not sure. So keep your eyes open for a poll about what time would be best for that or other events.

Besides the Reiki Healing Sessions, I also plan to try to hold a few other participatory healing events. One that I'll be starting up soon is a guided Chakra Opening and Balancing Activity. Chrakras are the seven main energy centers in our body, and keeping them up and running smoothly helps us remain healthy, balanced, and energized. This exercise is something anyone can do with a little concentration and an open mind. I'll be posting about a time and date for that soon as well. Anybody is welcome to any of my events, even if you have no experience with meditation or this type of thing in general.

Also, keep a look out for posts announcing the storyline-related event series Ghaelen and I will be co-guiding. It might take a little while for us to finish organizing, but hopefully that extra time taken will make it all the more engaging. We're not sure about the timeline for this, but probably sometime in the next couple weeks, we'll update you guys.

Shorah guys, just a quick update/reminder. This Sunday is the Reiki Healing Session in GoH Delin at 8:00 KI. All are welcome, whether you want healing, want to support your fellow Explorers, or just want to find out what it's all about. Also, so far the trial run time for the chakra activities is 12:00 KI on Sundays. At the moment they are held the same weeks as the C&C Assemblies, but they may increase in frequency depending on what the participants are interested in, since that type of work is great to do on a regular basis. I'll keep you guys posted (no pun intended....)

It has come to my attention that the timing of the Chakra Activity conflicts with Heritage Night (an event I myself am a fan of). So in the interest of making sure everyone can attend both events if they want to, I will be finding a new time (still on sunday) for the Chakra Activity. I will update you guys soon on what that new time will be. It could be held at the same time as the Reiki Healing Sessions (8:00 KI) or perhaps it could be at 10:00 KI. If you guys have a preference, please let me know my post, PM, KImail, or just chatting in-Cavern.

Hello everyone,

Though I do not usually post about my regular events (as they are in fact regular), I am returning after a break so I figure now is good time to remind people and to let them know my events are starting up again. The Reiki Healing Session will be held tomorrow, Sunday August 26th, at 8:00 KI in the Guild of Healers' Eder Delin. To reiterate (so that you guys don't have to sift through previous posts), the usual times for my events are as follows.

Chakra Activity- 1st and 3rd Sundays 15:00 KI (same sundays as the C&C assemblies, directly afterward)
Reiki Healing Session- 2nd and 4th Sundays 8:00 KI (same sundays as Ghaelen's meditations)

Both take place in the GoH Delin.
