I've read in other posts about the currently known GZ markers (21 so far). Does anyone know if the rest are yet available, or if not, when that might occur?

19 markers are available normally, and 2 by jumping off a cliff or bridge. The rest is not available yet, and I don't think there is any official statement about when they (or some of them) will become available.

Actually, for the one just outside the gallery, there is a ledge you can land on to collect the marker without any frantic "jump-click-hope" routine. You do have to relto out once you've got it though, as there's no way to get back up.

The one off the edge of the 'cliff' will most likely never be obtainable through any means other than climbing down there and getting it, unless the DRC does some really -big- restoration work (or maybe, just maybe, puts down some large planks that are well supported on that place).

Hence my reason for believing it's not the DRC deciding where the markers go, but is, in fact, either randomly 'decided' by the GZ, or is merely the byproduct of a complex and necessary mathematical formula designed long ago by the D'ni.

There is one marker that seemed broken, always on but you could not get it. I found last night while updating two avvies that they were able to get this marker where my regular avvie is still only able to see the marker but it does not register on the KI. It seems some fix was made after my regular avvie had started the marker quest and it therefore does not work for that one. All avvies that start the markers now should have no problem getting this marker.

Located up the stairs past the Gallery doors on the way to the Concert Hall Foyer on the right side.

jek, I'm willing to bet your regular avvie already got that marker and it just stays on. There are, I think, two markers that always appear like that. You can still get them, though. At least, I have always been able to.

The 'unobtainable marker' problem is, in fact, two markers occupying the exact same space at the exact same time, one of which can be obtained, one of which can't.

The truly unfortunate thing is that the one that can't can be seen by anyone, KI or not.

I mean 'the one that can't be picked up can be seen by anyone, whether or not they have a KI'.

i.e. Create a new avatar. Go to the Cleft. Go to Kadish. Visit the gallery. You're now in the city without a KI. Walk towards one of those two 'buggy' markers. Voila, you can see it, no KI needed.

(At least, I seem to vaguely recall seeing markers with my KI on without having visited the GZ. I may be mistaken. So I haven't ACTUALLY tested the above. But from what I understand of the bug itself, the above should be true.)

Woot! All of that speculation based on the fact that I could remember barely discerning a second animating marker behind the gatherable one.

Well, I didn't know if there were "two in the same place", but if you don't have a KI or haven't visited the Great Zero to get the green spots on your KI, you can still see the two buggy markers. People ticketed that a while back.
