Keep trying - you stand the best chance at off-peak hours (for some strange reason).

I'm getting in pretty regularly now, so all I can say is... Keep Trying!

I can not get by initializing patcher. Anyone have a clue what is going on? Or should I just give it up as a lost cause?

If you're getting "initializing patcher", it means you've got multiple UruExplorer.exe programs running. Try control+alt+delete to open Windows Task Manager, and shut down all UruExplorer.exe programs, and start over.

Thank you, had to hunt to find the pesky exe that was running. Mind you now it is stuck on updating now hehe. At least it got the new patcher downloaded.

AS IS, I'll take it any day as is. Thanks for just turning it on.

My roof is leaky, the relto book gets stuck, shroomie's coming down with the flu, and the bahro seem to have rabbies... but i'll take that any day over the non-existance of the game at all.

I would prescribe shutting off the rain, I did; give the shroomies and extra dose of food out of the feeder, and keep looking up so the bahro doesn't swoop down and bite your neck. Don't know if a ring of garlic will help, but you will be in a stand a lone mode for a while. :)
