DRC41 has a Delin book. Some other GameBoomers and I made a door run there over Monday.

IIRC, the To D'ni version of the shelf had the Bevin, Nexus, and Ae'gura books together in a 3-space partition, not 5. I know, I know, that's offline, this is different, but I think that lends credibility to the idea that maybe the two missing books are in-cavern/on-Earth locations we haven't accessed yet.
I can't think of a single one, though, that wouldn't be covered by either the Nexus or the Ae'gura book...

[Edit] Oh wait, Tomahna, but ~200 years has probably not been kind at all to our favorite family's home.

One thing I wondered about was our brief glimpse of the Great Shaft in MOULagain. From what we saw in Myst V, I've wondered if there could be a book down there somewhere to allow us access to the floor. I am sure the elevator is hopelessly out of commission.

Another thing I've thought about is K'veer. We have only touched on it with our limited access to the area that Atrus was confined to. K'veer is a very large place. I've also wondered if there might be a book that gives us access to the rest of K'veer directly from our Relto. A Nexus link would also do that, but who knows.

Of course, this is just pie in the sky dreaming.

Perhaps you're talking about more of K'veer than I've seen, but...
Once you've solved Ahnonay & Er'cana and returned to the cleft to see Yeesha, you'll link to K'veer; this places a page in your city book to the hood instance. While there, register you KI at the Nexus station and that will give you a link in the Nexus to the public instance.
Oh yes, much more than we have seen. The Book of Ti'ana goes into much more detail about K'veer. The Book of Atrus also involves K'veer. We as modern day explorers are only seeing a very small part of a much larger place because the exits to the rest of the "island mansion" (for lack of a better description) are blocked or locked. Notice that there are lots of doors in the area you are talking about in the spoiler tag. We just cannot get through them.

Here is some additional detail found on the MYSTlore site:
MYSTlore Site

Again, I'm only speculating... and wishing. On the "what are you thinking" side, if there was a Nexus terminal and book there, then access could be handled through the Nexus. It wouldn't be as cool as having a linking book to the K'veer Mansion on your bookshelf though. Really and truly, you could actually have both books there.

Maybe they had planned on a City Proper book.

We may have to wait a while on the answer to what the two opens slots were for.

Odd... seems like in this more recent incarnation of Uru that Delin is more common than Tsogahl.

A lot of people seem to be using those "Woodstock Ages" recently. Check the dirt and don't "Trip" :P
