to my right ever been discussed?

It's practically impossible to see it from the ground level.
You can climb the wall to my left a bit and have a better view, but it's still pretty hard to make out what it is as shown in this old

back in 2008.

What do we know about it? What does it represent? Maybe the wild beast we hear roaring in Gareeshen?

I always called that area the "Monsters' Corner". The 4 bahroglyphs show 4 beasts, quite huge ones. It's not coincidental. They put all the beasts they were afraid of. The other 12 bahroglyphs of Kemo and the 6 bahroglyphs of D'ni-Riltagamin show other locations or explain what happened before our visit in the Cavern. In fact, there's a 5th bahroglyph that shows creepy white monsters looking like ghosts behind the first forest of bamboo trees in Kemo.

P.S. The beasts here are inside bahros' minds. For example, a man is a huge ugly beast in a spider's eyes.

thanks, Annabelle. As I suspected we know nothing about it, yet it has been there all these years...

I seem to remember from the Book of Atrus, that Atrus was very fond of a legend Anna told him about how King Kerath rode into D'ni under the Great Arch on the back of a giant lizard.

That may actually tie it to Gahreesen--- Yeesha, in her Bahro speech, discusses King Kerath and how it was his system of guilds, and eventually the secrecy and construction of the giant 'garrisons' that led to the resurrection of pride among the D'ni. So I assume the Gahreesen Age was written in the time of Kerath.
