Yes, it was an upgrade and server issue, compounded by the server owners moving to a new city. Tech reports that the kinks have been worked out, and the site should be up like normal from now on.

Apparently not all the issues have been resolved as the site is down again. The admins have stated there are no plans to take the site down so this is probably another technical glitch.

Software upgrades are problematic at best. I've spent the last 4 hours wrestling with a Win8.1 upgrade wifi problem which I finally traced back to a cable modem/driver compatibility problem.

Tech might say something once he's sure he's licked the problem but I'm not going to be surprised or upset if he doesn't.
