Shorah everyone,

We've written a little network diagnostic tool to help us track down the source of all those unexpected disconnects (Err 6). If you're experiencing any sort of network-related issues when playing Uru Live, please download a sneak-preview version of this tool from:

filename: NetDiag.exe

Please copy it to your Uru Live program directory to ensure that it can find the additional dll files it requires.

Click on Run diagnostic tests

NetDiag.exe runs a battery of tests and then gives you the option to send your test results to us. Please send them! Click on Send Results to Cyan and then put in your email and User name. This information may be valuable in helping us track down these network issues.
