You mean they had 2 weeks before someone noticed to fix the problem?

How can you fix something that you don't know is incorrect? Circular logic is a bad, bad thing. :|

OK, then let me gets this straight, what you are trying to say is that CYAN(OR at least the person( who's part responsible of representing all of CYAN sending the info from CYAN to the web-site guy) does not check out what the guy who updates the web-site puts on it? Or, at least anyone in CYAN checking out that page when it came out,.......two weeks ago? Of course, your absolutely correct in saying "How can you fix something that you don't know is incorrect?" if this is whats happening at CYAN.

One more question: What's circular logic?

Basically its an argument that refers to the premise which refers to the argument (it goes in circles, think of it like chasing your tail).. you could also think of it as a paradox but the statements dont necessairly cancel eachother out

I'm sure it was checked. I'm sure someone didn't notice the entry. Or it the knowledge of whether the backpack was in or out got slipped at some point along the chain of communication. It's easy to miss these details, even when you're looking.

For example, many people in this thread have looked at the "story so far" page. Nobody has yet commented that the first line says "sixth blue flame", when in fact it's the seventh. Did you miss that?

That page was last updated in June, so actually there were only 6 at that time.

But the list is supposed to be items that were unlocked during the most recent episode, and sparky 6 was released in the one before that. Plus, the May 31st update says the sixth blue flame...

Okay, I concede. lol

I had noticed that it said 6, but figured it was just off because it was last updated in June. *shrug*

Typos and small mistakes like this happen. Isn't that big a deal to me.

The backpack was an item that was planned to be released during the last episode. We then decided that we would turn it on in the next episode. That was before it was placed on the web page saying it had been released (a typo). Since it was our mistake we have decided to turn it on.

Enjoy your backpack.

BTW - part of the website is owned and updated by Gametap and the other part is owned and updated by Cyan. This is why a communication error like this could happen.

Peace

Maybe they intended to release it, and said so, and somehow it did not get done. Yet. Or it hasn't been found yet, which is hard to imagine. :? Still, I haven't been back to the location where the item used to be since, oh, probably the weekend before last, so it could have been there all this time, for all I know. I get so confused between Uru Live and memories of recently playing CC...

Well, I started writing before GD posted, so there. :P

This comes of sneaking onto the forum at odd moments during the work day. Sometimes one's posts become utterly moot before one hits "Submit".
