Lule's next set of pods in her timezone (EDT) are in her post on the previous but one page of this thread.

The calculator is working properly for her in her local (EDT) time. There is no need to do any conversions.

So I've got about a 2.15 hour wait; cool.
The computer's with me in the kitchen as I make asparagus spaghetti, or an asparagus "sauce" for angel hair pasta;
the pod's here too, making all kinds of racket!

Actually; When using a 24 hour clock as a source, anything above 12:00( high noon ) is a PM time.

Wrong again. 12:00 is also PM time, so any time later and including 12:00 is PM time. (nitpicking!!)

To reply to your earlier comment:

12 is still not greater than 12. 12:05 is greater than 12:00, yes, but than your original statement should have been "for any time 13:00 or later, subtract 12 hours, and add PM" rather than "for any number greater than 12, subtract 12," because there is no such thing as 00:05 PM.

Semantics is fun, isn't it??

As for calculating military time in your head, it's really simple, I can't understand how people have trouble with it. You don't have to count on your fingers like someone suggested, or count from 12 backwards. Here's how I do it shorthand:

17 hrs, umm... 7-2=5, then it must be 5pm. 23 hours, ummm... 3-2=1, but it's not 1pm, so it must be 11pm. It's almost instant calculation, anyone can do it.

But if even that explanation is too obtuse, than do it this way: subtract 2, than subtract 10.

Cake!

The trick to quick math is do split the work into tasks that are easier on the brain, so something like 13x5 is actually half of 13x10 or 130, which is half of 100 plus half of 30, or 50+15... 65. On paper it seems like the long way around, but in your brain it goes like *that*

The Portal arrived at 19:07, though when I was trying to take a pix in the Bahro cave afterwards, the KI time read 19:05.
Hmmm, I wonder if I stayed in there long enough time would roll me back a few decades or so!
The Bahro Time Machine!

Thank you all so much for your help! Now, who will volunteer to go back to that place and turn the lights off for me!?

I downloaded this on Saturday night while I was wandering about in Tetsonot and taking in its eeriness. I fired it up and looked at the time for the next Tetsonot portal, and was quite surprised to find that the time matched the time shown on my computer clock. A few seconds later, I heard the portal start to appear, and quickly Alt+Tabbed back into Uru and ran to the portal.

The moral of the story: Great utility, quite useful, and accurate.

Oh! absolutely, Hawkins! You are hereby ordered back into that Terrorsnot Pod and sit in the dark and damp for a good hour, at least!
Or better yet, please  please go back to my Terrorsnot Pod and turn the light off for me!

Nice program! I'm sure this has been asked but I didn't see it... can you add "Cavern Time" as a choice?
