Ahnonay can be a bit of a headache to test for link inconsistencies because you need to know where all four spheres are PLUS the location you were in when you last pressed a shell cloth. The sphere the linking panel in the book on your Relto bookshelf may be completely different from the sphere the shell bookmark link leads to. In fact, in the later stages of exploration, it almost always is.

In vue of this, and to better search for bugs having to do with strange, idiosyncratic inconsistencies, I've created a little map of Ahnonay's main three stages (watery, foggy and space) so that we can figure out when we link to the wrong sphere because of a potential bug. The spheres rotate counter-clockwise, and skip over the statue sphere during normal, Cathedral-based rotation.

Happy bug hunting!

Doing consistency tests:

  1. Link into Sphere 1 from Relto
  2. Pull lever in tower
  3. Press shell cloth on main ring
  4. Link to Relto
  5. Link to Ahnonay using linking panel
  6. Arrive in Sphere 2 (correct)
  7. Link to Relto
  8. Link to Ahnonay using shell bookmark
  9. Arrive in Sphere 1 (correct)
  10. Pull lever in tower
  11. Press shell cloth on main ring
  12. Link to Relto
  13. Link to Ahnonay using linking panel
  14. Arrive in Sphere 3 (correct)
  15. Link to Relto
  16. Link to Ahnonay using shell bookmark
  17. Arrive in Sphere 2 (incorrect! should be Sphere 1)
