Hey everyone,

You know that little machine that sits on your desk and you just kind of forget about because it always just works? Yeah, it stopped working :)
This means that the Auth server along with our support is going to be down for a bit. I'm working on it as I type this up, and hope to have everything back to normal sooner than later.

Okie doke, we should be good to go for a while here. URU authentication along with Cyan help desk should be up and running. If it's not, yell at Ryan :)

I expect to have some downtime again some point next week (if available time works out) to make sure this issue is much less likely to occur again. We'll give a heads up to everyone before we do.
