The MOULa account creation is finally back online!
(<static>“You’re back.”<static>”Good!”<static>”…it’s been ages…”<static>).

All new accounts need to be verified with a cell phone text message. Please read how Cyan obtains and uses this information.

If you have an existing account, you can upgrade your account with a cell phone that will also re-activate your account if it was deactivated from the great database crash. (This does not include accounts that were banned).

Thanks to Mac_Fife for providing a proof of concept code. And thanks to Mac_Fife, AdamJohnso, Emor D’ni Lap and Christian Walther for their input and testing.
