As of today, I've got an issue that's preventing MO:UL from starting. When I launch it from GameTap, the little "checking for updates" and "logging in" dialogs appear normally. Then when it switches to fullscreen mode, the screen just stays black - even the GameTap and Cyan Worlds animations don't play. I've let it sit for about 10 minutes, and nothing happens. The only way to exit is by using the Windows Task Manager to end the process.

This never happened previously, and I haven't changed my hardware or software configuration since I last successfully logged in a few days ago. The only thing that's changed is I've upgraded my GameTap free beta account to a paid one, though I can't see how that would affect it. Is anyone else having similar problems?

I just changed my status from beta to a paying account and have had no problem.

You might check with gametap to see if there is some kind of delay because they are waiting for approval. ( just a guess it happen to me once).

I doubt it's that. I can get into GameTap and play the other games just fine. Maybe I'd better try a reinstall.

Deleted and reinstalled the game through the GameTap interface, still doing the same thing. Guess I'll go ahead and open a support ticket.
