delete / move the settings file in windows user local settings and try again ?

Those stack dumps really aren't a whole lot of use any more. What would be more informative would be:
Have you ever had the game working?
Does this happen every time or just sometimes?
When does it happen? If it's during startup what are the last things you see before the error appears?
What make/model of PC do you have? What is the graphics card?

With some of those answers we might be able to suggest what to do.
