Uru was released as a standalone game shortly after the first Uru Live was canceled. Many have played the Uru:Ages Beyond Myst or Uru:Complete Chronicles. There is also something right now known as Until Uru, which converts once of the previously mentioned Uru games into an online game, but with no new content. Uru Live will have new content monthly, weekly, and probably even daily.

In My Humble Opinion, if you don't already have Uru on your PC, I don't know if you want to get it to play Until Uru. If you only wait a month or so, we'll have Uru Live!
