Same here.
I'd hazard a guess that there is something up with the authentication server, but that's only a guess. It does happen as soon as I enter my password, so that seems a likely explanation. It needs someone at Cyan to go and have a look at it, as that server is still on site at Cyan HQ as far as I know.

Also I,

URU auto-updated to version 1.918, then I received the same failed authentication upon trying to login. This was my first login attempt in about a month or 2, so I do not know if the failure is because of the update or if it is an issue with the authentication server. Help.

The stack dump indicates a failure to initialize PhysX. I suggest using the PhysX legacy installer from NVIDIA to correct this issue.
