Hi!
This evening (Dutch time) I was not able to enter MOULa. After the first (succesful) steps, I get a box which stated: ' Internal error ' and after that a second box that said: ' SetActivePlayer failed: internal error '. :cry:

Hi ;
a friend of mine tried to create a player account, with a new created e-mail address, she received a SMS with a code on her phone, but then she got this error:

Create Your Account
Account creation failed.
There was a problem communicating with the server
Please start over, check your details and try to submit your request again.

Can someone please, check the new player account registration server, please?
Also, http://support.cyan.com/ is off again...

Looks like the database connections were exhausted (not sure why). I going to reboot the MOULa servers and let the DB connections be free... and all should be good again.

Location: Hanging around with mermaids. And still looking for the elusive Funky Bahro.
I just bought a brand new Dell Inspiron 15 3000.
Every time I try to log into Myst Online I get:

The code execution cannot proceed because d3dx9_27.dll was
not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I tried reinstalling and even running as administrator, but no luck.
Can you help? Thanks.

Have you tried installing DX9? It's not included in a fresh Win10 install.
