Since it appears few people want to pick up a project without seeing someone else's work, SR has decided to release the two submissions we have received so far and encourage you to send in your restoration as soon as possible.

The Shomat StoryThis tale speaks of King Shomat and his brothers.
He was the worst king D’ni has ever had.
It all started when the King went to the Writers,
and told the Grand Master over there that,
it was unheard of that the Eders contained
such beauty compared to a Palace of a King.
For the Cavern was cold he complained,
so he demanded a new Age for himself, having
roaring water and colours beyond imagination.
And so the Guild of Writers the task was given
to create a Garden Age with enough variation
to satisfy the King’s desires that had risen.
After eight long months the Age was done
and Shomat linked in to inspect for flaws
of which the King – to his joy – found none.
Though one day, strange creatures with claws
approached the King, while he was enjoying
all of the sights in his beautiful new Garden Age.
And afraid he called his servants ordering
the killing of this race, while he was in rage.
But his servants knew the laws of Yahvo
and knew that they should leave this new place.
And so they just told the King to go,
reluctant to meet the King’s penetrating gaze.
When the servants could not be moved by the King
It was then that he found his brothers a new use.
For King Shomat hated them more than anything
and so Shomat had never doubted to refuse
them entry to any Garden Age or dwelling.
But now the King asked his brothers to come
and he promised them riches and expensive clothing,
if they would kill the beasts of which he’d seen some.
They accepted this task, but a plan they devised:
to kill their brother, the King, instead of a creature.
They pretended that they’d killed the beasts he despised.
As a gift, King Shomat gave them a real treasure:
a Linking Book to which they swiftly went.
Though Shomat was the most evil of the three,
for it was a Death Age to which they were sent.
And so ends King Shomat’s sinful history.[/spoiler]

Project 050:
Scheduled for 8/7/07
Project 051:
- Unknown subject. More research needed.
- Done. Recommend we wait on this one.
Project 052:
Scheduled for 8/15/07
Project 053-075:
- Collapsed wing. Most destroyed. 064 might be salvageable.
- 064 is salvageable. Testing on 060-063 and 072 recommended.
Project 064:
Waiting on previous projects.
Project 079:
- Illegible. Need a team to translate.
- Team unsure. Clarke?
Project 080-105:
- Area not lit. Odd disturbances. Come back to these later.
- Teams reported a glow in the wing, odd stuff. Definitely come to these projects later.
Project 106:
Would like to, but no one seems interested. Perhaps attempt restoration ourselves?
Project 107-115:
- Badly damaged. Looks recent. 109 might still be good.
- 109, 110, and 114 might be good. More tests needed.
Project 116:
- Would be great, but the teams can't seem to keep it. It keeps returning to the room overnight. Best to leave it where it is, for now.
- Have Kennicot post a guard by it, see what happens..
Project 117:
- Looks good, but we already have enough. Attempt restoration on our own.
- Too many projects as of now, come back to it later.
Project 118-122:
Records show they were here, but they're not now. Theft, likely. Either in D'ni times or our own.
Project 123:
- This one's just too good. If we get rid of the backlog, this would be nice.
- Waiting on previous projects.
Project 124:
- I know we don't have the time, but this one is great. It's a miracle it's still here after the looting. I suggest we move it somewhere safer.
- Relocated safely. Recommend we do this ourselves.
Project 125:
- Looks great, but we don't have the time. Come back to this one later.
-Might have more time now, look over.
