Shorah, I'm not sure how many of u have tried to win the stained glass window contest, but I have, and (being kinda an amature at photoshop) didn't finish it til the contest was over. now, i saw the ones submitted, and they were 10 times better than mine. now, i want to know, how do u do it? my method before, was to printscreen the place, and make a scene out of it, and then get good textures (which is hard) so, how do u get it? where do u get textures? how do you make it seem so seamless?

Here you go, a great tutorial by Cycreim at the Great Tree forum

I printed it out, but have not followed yet.

Could someone show me where I can find the "Overlay", and the "opacity"?

Using the swedish version of Photoshop, the names differ a bit :)

These are controls on the "Layers" tab. You can switch it on (though it's on by default) in the "Window" menu.

There are a number of sites with lots of pics of scratched metal actually :)
I can remember Mayangs's textures (the one that Cyan guys themselves use!) and Imageafter.

You can put it in [spoiler] tags...

Is that a picture of a stained glass window in front of something? Or is the white specklyness part of the glass. Because it seems kindof counterproductive to me.

I think it looks great, nice design and composition. You can resize it in PhotoShop under Image Size... don't change dpi, just size in inches or whatever.

You can also use spoiler tags like Maratanos mentioned:
'spoiler''img'http://www......image.jpg'/img''/spoiler' using brackets >[ ]< instead of >'<
