Here are some 3D pictures I put together of Ae'gura. My favorite is number 6. Enjoy.

INSTRUCTIONS: You'll have to cross your eyes to see the images in 3d.

VIEWING FUNNEL TUNNEL: to see in 3d easier, create a viewing tunnel like this:
1) make a paper funnel w/ large end for both eyes, (or place your hands next to your cheeks w/ fingers straight up and down, and thumbs next to temples);
2) close left eye... right eye should see only left image, adjust 'viewing tunnel' so that you only see the left image;
3) close right eye...left eye to see only right image, adjust 'viewing tunnel' so that you only see the right image w/o moving the other hand;
4) Open both eyes w/o moving tunnel, then cross eyes.

TROUBLE MAKING IT WORK?
Sit 3 feet from computer screen and use a 'funnel tunnel'. Place your finger about 1' in front of your face and look at it, this will cross your eyes about the right amount, then look past your finger w/o un-crossing your eyes (takes some practice). Still having trouble...maybe your head is tilted to one side... blink each eye to make sure that the objects from each picture are horizontal to one another and tilt head if required.

I have the physical inability to cross my eyes for more than a second (I do this freaky wierd thing where one eye is crossed and one isn't), so I can't do these pictures :cry:

You should be able to do it if one eye can cross...see below for help.

The only way to really view 3d images like this is with a funnel (make a paper one) where the large end is at the eyes, allowing one eye to see one image and the other eye the other image. If you don't use a funnel of some sort (like the hand tip noted above), you will see 3 images with the center one in 3d...I find this to be very difficult to keep in focus. By using the funnel, you will only see one image that is in 3d (once you start to cross your eyes). Much easier to enjoy and easy to keep in focus. Hope it works out for you.

I clicked on the spoiler tags and no pictures are coming up, is there something I need to adjust? Usually when spoiler tags are in this forum I can view them but not always.

Thanks for the great comments!
Here is my favorite at full size (hopefully your monitor is big enough to see it all). :D
FULL SIZE (#6):
Image
Wouldn't it be great to have a 30" monitor w/ the whole URU experience in true 3d?
http://news.com.com/Forget+the+glasses-3D+monitors+ready+now/2100-1041_3-6081242.html
The experience would be closer to real life (most people see the world in 3d even if we take it for granted). It is obvious to me that it would be an incredible experience to be able to move through the URU world in 3d. One does get a sence of 3d when you move (not much, but some 3d quality), but once you stop moving, you're basically looking at a picture. URU is a very graphically rich environment...it's great to see it in all it's 'natural' glory!

Reelah: All i can get is the two images halfway together

1) Don't try the 'Full Size' example...start with a simple 3d one like #1.
2) It helps to look at the brightest thing in the picture and cross your eyes to different degrees until you see the bright objects from both images come together...
3) once they come together don't look around the image for a couple of seconds but allow your eyes to 'relax' on that part of the 3d image. Once your eyes have 'relaxed' in the cross-eye position, you'll be able to see the whole image.
4) the further you are from the computer the less you have to cross your eyes(+3 feet, 1Meter)...it's easier.
5) use the cone to see through, otherwise, you'll be looking at so many images you won't know what you're looking at and what 2 images need to come together. :D
Good luck, hope you're able to see them.
