From Vincent Kingsley on the DRC site:

Vincent Kingsley wrote:
Several sections of the art museum under SR's control were "themed". These sections would have the latest and greatest art, sculpture, or writings in that theme. The themes were often from D'ni ages, but records show that several wealthy D'ni donated their collections of art to the museum; mostly after they had died. Some of the themed rooms were kept current while others cycled through certain collections.

One of these themed rooms dealt with the D'ni arena Age of Laki'ahn and the natives within. SR has uncovered a large collection of tribal-themed masks allegedly belonging to the Kresh people that lived on Laki'ahn (though it is possible that the D'ni fabricated the masks to give the natives a "wild and dangerous" facade). The masks are made of many different materials with most sustaining a large amount of damage. SR is asking for explorer help in restoring these masks.

If you would like to restore these masks, please submit your restored designs to vincentskingsley(at)gmail(dot)com. Designs will be accepted until midnight MDT on December 31st, 2007. The best designs will be displayed here on our website, and while we will ask the DRC to display the results in the Cavern, we cannot guarantee they will.

Please use the following guidelines:

Image Size - 1024 by 1024, 72DPI
Include your Explorer Name

Thank you for contributing to our restoration work!

New projects. More information up shortly on http://subrest.webhop.org

D'ni Poetry:

Earlier in the year, SR found a large collection of D'ni poetry. Our teams recently uncovered another book of poetry about the Watcher. There appear to have been a large number of poetry books on the Watcher in the museum, though it appears most were either destroyed during the Fall or stolen by modern day thiefs. SR needs your help to restore this book.

-----

Laki'ahn Music:

As part of the themed rooms uncovered by SR, most had some form of music piped in through cannen-like devices in the ceiling. These helped to create an "atmosphere" in the themed rooms suitable for the topic the room was covering. SR has uncovered a small collection of ambient music that accompanied the exhibits in the Laki'ahn themed room and we are asking for explorers to help in restoring these pieces of music.

All restorations sent to vincentskingsley(at)gmail(dot)com
