I wanted to make an Uru music video, but I don't know the best capture program to use. I'm running my monitor at a super high resolution (I can't tell you specifically right now, because the power cord is being replaced) - any suggestions?

Regardles of what you pick, FRAPS is by far the best program out there to do the job.
I registered it long ago and I'm really happy with it.
