The sticky note Kevin gave you has the Kings number on it. The number is "53241". Give Kevin sometime to think of an answer, in the meantime why not do some thinking of your own, the peasants number can be discovered with the clues you have.(it's sort of like a riddle) Ask Kevin if you need a hint.(but do so only if your completely stuck).

This is the "last puzzle" so don't expect it too be easy.

come on, everyone, we can't get stuck now!

If a king had a big number, would a peasant have a tiny number - like 0 or 1?

Jamie, you said the paragon points we won would come in handy - can we use them somehow?

The paragon points give you a + 10 to charm!

Don't worry you might be on the right track ;)

If your stuck maybe it's time to ask Kevin for a hint.

well, my first suggestion would be that it would be an inverse number, like, wherever you see a 5 in the king's number you would enter a 0, a 4 is a 1, 3 is two, and so on. But that really has nothing to do with any clues we might have on hand. no ideas!! Let's ask Kevin!

++charm

Kevin: "I wonder what we use the numbers for."

*** Kevin's hints will start out small and that get closer to giving the answer away ***

*** well you can't solve this puzzle without knowing that***

Kevin: "Hmm what does a King have, that a pesents, to me walth and security come to mind."

Jamie: "So you think the presents number might be less secure? "

Kevin: "Prehapse a lot less secure "

Jamie: "I might be saying too much but, do you think it may be so insecure that it may not be written down?"

Kevin: "Who would every design a lock that simple! "

*** Read page 1 and 2 to find out who would ;) ***

good idea, Rhee, or it could be 101 depending on which lever position is 1 and which is 0?

Can we try 010 and, if that doesn't work, 101 please, Jamie?

And if neither works, can we have another of Kevin's hints?

You try 0 1 0, each time you touch a Crystal it glows white in its center. After a few seconds the glow fads.

Jamie Marchant: "Wait a second the what happened to the Kings number, don't we have to use them together? "

Kevin: "Even if we did, I did not set my combination to that of anything related to this puzzle! "

Jamie Marchant: "But you do have to admit, your puzzle does not have that much sectary if you can guess it. "

Kevin: "But there are too many Cystals to randomly guess combinations! "

Jamie Marchnat: "Hmm... good point! Well maybe we can guess the sequence of numbers that make up the combination. What are some common ones?"

I'm a bit confused! Are we now trying to work out what order to touch the crystals? I thought we were trying to unlock a lock.

Whatever! :) If we're touching crystals then let's touch them each in turn from left to right; and if that's not right, let's try right to left; and if that's not right, let's use the order of the King's code.

* The lock has no combination or key whole on it but it is connected to the box. When I said there was lock, I thought you would think of a lock with nothing on it by default :(.*

You try each one of those combinations *seperitly* but the lock does not unlock.

Don't worry, Jamie, you've put us right now - and maybe it was just me that got the wrong idea.

Given there was king and a peasant, maybe we have to touch the crystals more than once to get the box unlocked? So maybe we shouldn't try each order "separately" but should try them in one order and then the reverse order immediately afterwards?

Can we try that with the king code and then reverse the order, Jamie?

Then can you tell us if we're on anything like the right track? :? As Kevin says, there ARE an awful lot of possibilities.

You try the kings code forward, wait until the Crystals dim and then try it backward, it does not work.

*** This should almost solve it for you, there is one code with two parts, so you have to enter the code by touching the Crystals in one sequence. Are you on the right path, with this infomartin in mind, no your father away from the right path and where closer with what you tried before this. The kings code is written on the box first which is a vital clue to solving the puzzle. ***

OK, so it sounds like we DO need two codes in one. How about king's code and 010; and if that doesn't work, try the king's code then 101?
