I've been doing the same. Chloe said she was back after Obduction came out and was supposed to make an announcement at an all guilds meeting, but that never happened. The Tumblr page and youtube page came to a stop several years ago. The Facebook page was updated like a year ago in October with a cool new photo alluding to work was being done on it, but since then nothing. Several people have asked if any updates/progress or tried to contact her directly and there has been no reply. As unfortunate as it is, I'd say it's dead.
