The world is about to end, I hope someone worked on writing a new age for us to use as a home world...

According to our news to time is 10:11 pm our time today. You can work it out here using the time stamp and that it is now 1:03 pm on my phone.

You mean over the Yucatan, it's the Mayans after all.

[Edit] I just realized I sound a bit condescending, I'm sorry if it comes across that way.

I pondered the whole time zone thing. My son suggested Winter Solstice. That seems perfectly natural as it is not so arbitrary as a timepiece invented by humans. So here you go - down to the millisecond.

I thought that was what Relto was for.

Or

If the Mayans where still around would they have another Calender that picks up where the last one left off, Kinda like going from your 2012 calender to your 2013 calender.

Not quite. Every b'ak'tun they celebrate the event with a festival. Since this technically is the end of a b'ak'tun, a party is perfectly fine. It's actually a good thing we're here to oversee it, as I mentioned before a b'ak'tun lasts about 394 years.
I'll drink to that. *raises a beer and drinks it*

Well, the countdown clock ran out about a minute ago, and I'm still here. At least I think I am.
