Hi everyone, it's been a while. Long ago I made marker quest mysteries like "Murder in the Cavern." Then college hit, and I stopped having time for URU. But my experience essentially making text-based games in URU has now combined with knowledge of computer science, leading me to create my own game that I'd like to share with you:

http://www.kongregate.com/games/jsenter/nano-empire
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/nano-empire/id994354970?mt=8

In Nano Empire, a network of nanorobots gives humans godlike power, allowing you to create your own world (this should sound rather familiar). You can build and improve locations, gather resources, conquer enemies, and discover dark secrets of your society. It's similar in design philosophy to A Dark Room: there's addictive real-time resource collection, and scenes are formed by your imagination rather than by graphics. It's more of a strategy game than an adventure game, but Myst fans might still like it for the story.

I'd love to hear what you think!
