I attended the event i SL the other NIGHT ( between 1 and 4 in the morning local time)
It was fun, and very different from meetings in the hood.
But we actually meet in the hood around the fountain.! in SL.
I have a lot of images I'll upload later.

But the important thing is, there is 3.6 million people i SL worldwide and its a fantastic possibility to market Myst Online where virtual life takes place.

I sometimes write articles for the danish version of ComputerWorld and this is my article about the event.
In danish - sorry.
link

If some of my fellow danish citizens would like to translate you're very welcome

Somehow we always end up there... maybe they should consider randomizing the link-in spot, so we'll actually get to see other parts of the 'hoods. :P

Personally I do not like SL but that article would be nice in english.
I will see if I can find time for it.. :)
Otherwise do you have articles only about MOUL too?
By the way: The native language in Uru is called D'ni, not "Myst'sk" (This was not meant as offense)

I second FreeLanZer. It's a great article, but mostly about the Second Life version of MOUL. I would love to translate a review or announcement of the real thing :-)
I'll try to make time to translate this article anyway though.

I know about D'ni language. But major Computer World readers don't.
I'm sure the reason why its called MYST online Uru Live is that the global community know about MYST - not about URU or D'ni or anything like that.

So the name Myst'sk is just a danish "joke", as I'm sure you're aware of :D

My mandate at ComputerWorld is only to write about SecondLife, thats why the subject of the article is SL, but I use any chance I can get to write about Myst Online.

My personal goal is just to spread the word!

As a part of my day job I give classes in Second Life in modeling and of cause an important and mandatory part of that is a trip to the Myst island ;)
