Title says it all.

Basically I've gotten to the point on Myst island where I have all the switches flipped and can walk in and out of the tower but the game crashes after about 1 minute or so. I've been able to play for extended periods of time up to this point but now the game crashes and I can't make any progress.

Help is needed.

Have you tried to Reboot your iPad?

Also there is another Board you can post to for technical support, but I will have to find the link...

I have an iPod Touch and thus far have not had any issues.

EDIT: Here is the link: http://support.cyanworlds.com/

Yeah I've rebooted and to no avail. I also visited that link prior to posting here but there's no information contained in any of the topics relating to crashing. But thank you for trying.

I do have one other possible solution, but I Have no idea as to whether it will mess with your saved games or not...

You could try Removing the app and reinstalling it...

other than that, I am out of any advice, sorry I could not be of more assistance.

If you submit a report on that site hopefully some one at support can help you.

when you do please be sure to give as much info as possible. . . . I am not sure I understand exactly where your crash is occurring, include specifics to help them identify the location . . . also is there anything specific that you do every time that seems to cause the crash also be sure to include your device specs what iOS you are using how much memory etc. Hope you can get it resolved.

Zacron may have a good idea but you will lose your saved games if you delete and reinstall. . . but from what you say you haven't gone very far yet.

I was having crash issues with the app iStudiez Pro and this is what the company suggested:

Uninstall, Reboot the device, Reinstall the app

Also, when you go to submit a report, a crash log may be useful. Each time an app crashes it creates a log and they're synced to your computer automatically with iTunes.

Windows logs can be found at:
Crash log storage on Windows Vista
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppDataRoaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice

Crash log storage on Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Apple
computer\Logs\CrashReporter

Choose your device and find the log at corresponds to the issue. If you're on mac: (Home Directory)/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice

I'd attach that log to your support ticket as it can be incredibly useful.
