Alright, so here we have our final version before launch. Once the servers are back up we will only be looking at bugs that are blocks and crashes. For those not familiar with those terms it is basically things that prevent you from continuing on in the game or causes the game to end abruptly.
The servers will be accessible until Tuesday, February 23, 2010. On Tuesday, we will be taking the servers down again and they will not be available until later in the week. At that point, your account will still be valid, but you will need upgrade to a paid subscription account to continue playing.
There have been some changes between this update and the previous build such as the UI being more centered, and you should now be able to create a male avatar at the start up screen when setting up a new account. Also, there have been some minor fixes to the Book of Wisdom as well as the in game FAQ. Please take a careful look at these and report any major issues that you find.
Moving forward we will be locking the MQO Beta section of the Myst Online forums and all future posts will need to be made in the MagiQuest forums located at http://forums.magiquest.com If you haven’t made an account on these forums yet, please take the time to do so. Please note that all future rehearsal information and invites will be posted here.
We want to take this time to thank you for notifying us of the issues you have encountered through your testing. It is because of you that we can successfully release this game to the public.
