Maybe we should ask Nerfy to name the next one. She named Blorfloog. ;)

Yeah. Because the older sessions were getting the "blame" for odd multiplayer problems, people never really knew if "it was safe to back into the Blorfloog" :)

Unless Cyan do a complete wipe at some point, then there'll always be that nagging doubt that any weird bugs are a "Blorfloog problem". Mqosession1 could easily go the same way in due course. Depends on database schema changes between builds, I guess.

I was under the impression that Cyan had fixed the "Blorfloog problem" - Didn't one of the "servers are up!" messages state they'd fixed it?

Gah! I just checked and she hasn't posted since October 9. Hmm?!

If you could find the link, that would be great. I could only find the request on 5th November, but no follow-up.

A stupid thing happens to me: I log in in one session, then forget which one it is, and there's no way of knowing it until you log out and re log in... Stupid, huh? :?

There was indeed. But subsequently there was a message about odd multiplayer bug reports coming from Blorfloog and a request to stay clear for, I think, "a few hours". Although that "few hours" has looong since elapsed, we never, as far as I know, got an "OK", and there hasn't been a complete server/database reset. So, in my mind at least, Blorfloog remains "suspect", and the easiest thing to do was go to mqosession1 instead.

I don't know about everybody else but on the log in there are 10 different sessions so what can be easier that picking one of the ones from the drop down list ! Unless someone is trying to test something to do with making your own session I don't see the reason, besides just having a great name.

Why not name it the "Nyrphame" session? Maybe word will get back to her and she'll come back around. :D

Indeed:

Old Gaming Sessions – We think we have the various issues fixed in the older sessions now. Please feel free to return to Blorfloog or any of the other “older” sessions and see if that Pixie and Lady in the Water are finally getting along with everyone and behaving.

Some of the oddities are also occurring in the Session of "blorfloog" If you also could stay away from that specific session for a few hours today, from the time of this post(Thursday Nov, 5), maybe we narrow the scope as to what is happening.

Which is all we've heard about it thus far.

In other words, blorfloog is still off-limits as we never got the all-clear after 5th November.
