Hi,

There is a new build of MQO online now that really needs testing and comments before the weekend. If anyone would like to try it out, please do. There may be only one more build before Launch. I know it's a tough choice (maybe) between that and MOULagain, but we could use your help.

Send tickets to http://support.test.magiquest.com

Play through the whole game, but here's the new stuff to check:

- Some new UI's here and there. Not sure if they're here, or there.
- Manna Bars with player names have been implemented.
- BOW additions.
- Ending Movie to Drink Your Ovaltine has been replaced.
- Forest fort basement camera, puzzle and lighting has been updated.

If we've already uninstalled the game and deleted the installer, where can we find it? I don't seem to have the correct username/password for the Cyan FTP server if that's where it is.

The MQO Beta server was wiped after the MagiQuest website became available to obtain accounts.

If you have not yet signed up using the Facebook instructions, please do that. See the MQ fourm post at:

Use an expiration date of February, 2010 instead of what the letter says.


If you have already signed up using the Facebook instructions, but need the installer again for any reason:

Log into MyMQ using your username/password. After you log on, copy this address into your browser:

http://test.magiquest.com/shop/view-you ... t-details/

Click on "View" in the page that comes up. On the next page, about 2/3 of the way down, you'll see a link to the MQInstaller.exe download.

I couldn't get in using my old beta testing name had to use new name in MQ from facebook closed beta
did they wipe out all of our old account stuff ok thats what I need to know thx JW

I'll assume you mean the signup page that asks for name and birthday.

If you think you ever might visit a physical MagiQuest location, we use that to identify your account. It's how we link your wand to your account, or your online avatar to your account. If you believe you will only ever play the online game, feel free to make it up. ;)

Please be aware that the account name you choose for signup will be the account name used to submit tickets and it will also be the name displayed on forums. A single registration works for the game, support and the forums.

Did you follow step 5 from the Facebook instructions? (omit the spaces in the credit card number)
