:( It's probably just me doing something wrong; but I found a small bug and went to write a ticket. I go to my account and then to Submit a ticket, clicked all the correct stuff, wrote it up, attacked my zipped logs and hit Submit. I get a big RED announcement that says they can't find an answer to my question and a list of Myst files to look at. I DID click MagiQuest Online, etc. ......what am I doing wrong?

That sounds ok to me. You can only submit a ticket if there's nothing found in its internal search.

Sorry if I am being dense. The ticket thing seems to be searching Myst files. Of course it's not going to find anything for MagiQuest. What is the point of writing a ticket for something in the Magiquest section if it's not going to be accepted? What am I missing here?

if it hasn't submitted and forwarded you to a screen showing your completed ticket, there should be a place at the bottom of that message screen that allows you to submit maybe saying something like " none of the articles solve my problem" If none were found it may just submit automatically. check your exsisting tickets to see if it's there.

There are no "articles" to the best of my knowledge for MQO yet, only for Myst iPhone. . . . . but the process is part of the programmed procedure, so the step is still necessary

Budgie below the list with the Myst related answers is a button labeled "None of the answers macthed my question" or something like that. You have to click that button to get your ticket through.

It's the same as in the initial sign up for this beta.

I already thought of writing a ticket regarding that part of the ticket system :D e.g. presenting Myst answers when sleection MQ as game.
