I thought it was interesting that the NDA said you were forbidden to tell of its EXISTANCE. So unless someone is in beta, you can't tell them there even IS an NDA unless you're not covered by it.

I mean, unless I'm mistaken, it doesn't matter if it's common knowledge. If it's covered under the NDA that YOU SIGNED, it doesn't matter if the entire rest of the world knows. You can't admit YOU do.

Yes, and to profess knowledge about specific terms of the NDA on a public forum, ironically, is to admit ignorance of those terms.
