Arn...right you are. lol.

Jeff...chill. No one is stalking you. And we certainly don't want you to be the URU PD.

If someone asks if you were an early beta tester, just say: "I'll tell you in a second, first I have to get my pet monkey off my desk."

"You have a pet monkey?" they'll ask.

Subject effectively changed.

Hmmm I started this first post just as a friendly reminder
for all of us just to be careful what we say in the cavern
That was all and seams to have gone off on it's own path.
So I do apologize for starting this topic. :(

We don't know who was in first beta who was let in after
things were closed and now preview on GT.
As to logging things I used to before it broke on me for
bugs and such as it help jog my memory when writing up tickets.
Same as many here would have done nooone would be doing this
just for catching people out specially the person logging the chat
She is not like that and I have known her a long long time.
It's not our job for this but at the same time
GD did ask us to report incidents like this to him and he would look into it.
Catch 22
As has been said none gave this person any NDA info even after
he kept asking us at the time and wouldn't let it rest.

So sorry again my bad and apologies to all.

there is absolutely NO NEED for you to be apologizing, shadowcats!!!

you've done nothing other that to remind everyone that there IS an nda in place and that we do need to keep it in mind. as well as the fact that cyan DOES want to know when someone is doing something untoward with regard to the nda.

i dunno what some responders issues are. don't care either.

it's really very, very simple, folks. you signed an NDA and you are obligated to adhere to it.

Hi Cats,
You started this topic as a reminder.
That was good from you.
It made people think and discuss again about their responsebilities to being a tester under NDA.
Respecting the NDA is important to succeed this beautifull game.
And your post was a reminder of this.
This community is great and all they want is to contribute to make this to a succes.
This post is not about persons, it was about the reminder.
Thanks Cats! :)

Well done, Shadowcats. It was a good and timely reminder ahead of the 20th. There's nothing to apologise for.

Cats I re-read your posts in this thread and IMO you have nothing to apologize for. Your words are respectful of both Cyan and the guy breaking his NDA. In that I'd include Tim's response to your first post. I think what both you guys are talking about is having respect for a company we care about -- a company made of people we care about. About supporting the spirit of the NDA, not just the letter -- because of our feelings about the folks making the game, not fear of prosecution. I think most Cyan fans will understand that. Some, however, won't. And that's their issue, not yours.
