Momentarily, experiencing a whole lot of one-time bugs with my new Avatar, I've made it a habit to quit the game as soon I can after experiencing the bug, ziping the whole log folder, deleting it and starting the game anew.

Here is a very quick tutorial:

you go to C:\Program Files\Uru Live and right-click on the "Log" directory
choose rename
rename it to something that has to do with your problem
EX: "relto full log"
right-click on it again.
tell your system to send it to a Compressed (zipped) folder
go to the web site support.urulive.com
click on the "Submit a Ticket" link at the top
fill out all of the fields
at the bottom, in the large box, describe your problem
in the "You may upload an attachment ", click on browse
browse to C:\Program Files\Uru Live\relto full log.zip and upload it
Once it is uploaded, cilck on the "submit ticket" button

Are these logs cumulative? As in, if I go from one age to the next, do I have data from both ages? Or just the last one?

They are cumulative. So the longer you play in one session, the bigger the logs get!

As in: I believe so because something like that is said in that post.

greypiffle & all,

There are also instructions to exit the game before working with the logs to force a purge of the file buffer and write out any pending data.

Also, regarding JWPlatt's post - sometimes it can take a moment or two for URU to finish unloading from memory and commiting it's logs. It's worth waiting a little before zipping the logs up (though I would think that if it hadn't finished writing to them, you'd probably be unable to access them anyhow).

Oh, and JWPlatt - it's a trick, get the axe!

Question about adding the screenshots... should they be uploaded with the Log (two uploads, jpgs can be uploaded) within the ticket or should they be placed on the ftp? (with a reference to there in the ticket text)?

You should always attach both screenshots and logs to the respective ticket. The ftp-site is for multiplayer-bugs, so that every person who is involved can upload their files on their own (into one collective folder) or if the total size of the files you want to attach to one ticket exceeds 6 MB.

Please also read the Multiplayer-Bug FAQ here: http://support.urulive.com/faq.php?do=a ... ticleid=64
the login data for the ftp-site can be found here: http://www.urulive.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=665
