if it hasn't submitted and forwarded you to a screen showing your completed ticket, there should be a place at the bottom of that message screen that allows you to submit maybe saying something like " none of the articles solve my problem" If none were found it may just submit automatically. check your exsisting tickets to see if it's there.
There are no "articles" to the best of my knowledge for MQO yet, only for Myst iPhone. . . . . but the process is part of the programmed procedure, so the step is still necessary
