It's a little dangerous to learn through sites intended for Blender, as there are many things you can do that won't export. So, people would end up making something, then realise that it won't export, and depending on what they did, they may have to trash all their current work. As Nalates says, you should go to the Guild of Writers.

Creating Ages is what it is, and Using/Learning Blender is what it is; I'll not derail this thread any further.

I have been (on and off) creating an age using a drafting pencil and drafting table. I know it will be possible to take my finished work and then use one or two of the tools available to make the software part of it but anyone can create the idea for an age using their imagination and a pencil and paper. Later one may find a way to have someone else do the software part of it if one is reticent to learn the tools on their own.
