Can anyone give a tortured soul a hint with the first puzzle.I've seen the ghost's eyes change color. Whats the secret?

if I remember correctly
[spoiler]if you explored the books in the DRA office you might have seen a device with colors (some colors fallen on the ground) the eye color changing is the clue for that[/spoiler]

You mean the device on the ledge by elevator door? Can't use blue ( it's on the ground)
