Tried installing and running Real Myst. It fails to launch. Is there any patches for it?

I was never able to get realMYST to run on anything beyond XP. You can buy it from Good Old Games (gog.com) and another place (I think) that I can't remember just now which has been modified to run on Win7. There are no (legitimate) patches for this problem that I am personally aware of.
