I go to the door on the left and see if it is unlocked.

You walk over too the door. It has no handle and 6 buttons(that's too many to push randomly). The buttons are coloured: green. black, purple, pink and blue. There is a speaker above the door and an ester egg symbol underneath the blue button with a little #5. An iPod... when did you pick that up ;), oh it looks like it was in your inventory the whole time. Unfochently the circuit board connector is the wrong type for an iPod. What do you do?

If the door has 6 buttons... what is the colour of the last button or what colour is found twice on buttons?

Usually I understand your wording Jamie, what is "Unfochently"? I guess you meant "Unfortunately" given the general context of your sentence.

I get up off the chair and go over to the door, examining the buttons. 'I'll bet it's a combination lock.' After a moment I try a combination; black, blue, gold, green, pink, purple.

Does anyone else think the 5 represents the position of the combination?

A bit like the button in Kadish Vault? Yes maybe that blue button should be pushed after 4 others and before the last.

You decide to leave the door alone and go down the hallway to the right. The first thing you notice is the walls here are made out of normal cement, there are white not gold. There is a long bookshelf filled with books spanning the left side of the hallway. There are three white doors on the right side and one door at the end of the hallway. All of the books on the bookshelf look the same except for a few in the middle which are the standard books obtained when completing all the ages.

I've taken the liberty of running some commands for you...

Look at the first book on the shelf

It's blank.

Look at the second book on the shelf

It's blank.

Look at the third book on the shelf

It's blank.

Look at the 5th book on the shelf

It's blank.

Look at the 175th book on the shelf

It's blank.

OK most of the books(except for the standard ones) appear to be blank. But why... I guess we will have to keep exploring :).

I check all 4 of the doors to see if they are open, if any of them are I look at what is on the other side.
