okay, so we obviously need a 5-digit peasants code. Let's focus on determining that first. Jamie said the clue was in the first two pages of this entire thread, and the only 5-digit thing that I can think of that occurred in those first two pages was the three levers and the two buttons. Both buttons were pressed, two of the levers were down, and one was up, i believe was the correct order. The order that worked when we finally got through that first door was Pie button (lets call that "1"), then get the three levers in the right position (not sure how to put numbers to these, other than 2, 3, 4, but 3 is the one that was different, so it needs to be noted first? 3, 2, 4?), and the other button, which opened the door up at last (5). So, i propose that we try 5342113245.

No

That's actually a joke because Kevin designed a lock THAT simple! Your reading too much into this! The wink means it's a joke!

Also the combination fails.

or we could assume the peasant code is also 5 digits not repeated (a big assumption I know) and then systematically go through all 120 possibilities...

or Kevin could give us another clue....

pretty please, Kevin +++charm :D

***Woopse! Thats one reason this puzzle was designed poorly* , oddly I assumed that everyone would assume that.(porblly since the two codes are supposed to be similar). ***

* actually the whole puzzle was poorly designed for you need too many hints to solve it :(.

Here is a hint:

Jamie: "So we seam to be getting knowhere with this?"

Kevin: "I'm still not sure what you meant by a code we can guess".

*Kevin's cell phone rings*

Kevin: "Let me unlock that."

*Enters password and acasses phone *

Kevin: "No I don't want a trip too Flordora! Bye. Darn I know I should have never got that interage communication package. Hmm... I just realized I should change my password for currently is password, which I'm sure anyone could guess".

*Kevin changes password to Monkey*

The lock opens and the Crystals flash in disco fasine.

Jamie: WOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO! YAH!

Inside as an Accent Den'i Spoon! Yes I said spoon! I mean it is a Comedy text adventure! Could it be anything else! :P It must have been valuable after all it was used by a king!

Kevin: "What all this work and for nothing I can't believe this! Hmm! "

Kevin sits on his bed with arms crossed upset

Pst... maybe this is a good time to use that Charm presidency .

EDIT:
Jamie Marchant ducks!

Good thinking Rhee with your extra charm, Kevin is now his usually self, maybe for a better apposition of security!

So the great heroes ate they pie and road they horses into the sunset in the Age Of Hourses off-course and what started as a boring day become something epic, with time travel, facing death, trains that over water, pie machines and turns of pop culture references!
