Sorry. Bad news.
The account creation and password recovery server's data was not recoverable. <dang!>
It is going to take some time to bring that system back online and the password recovery method will have to change.

So, what that means for the short term is that new MO:ULagain accounts *cannot* be created. If you already have an account, you are fine and you should be able to log in as long as you remember your password.

Hopefully, we can get the account creation up and running soon.

Except I think I was stuck on a past Friday instead of a future one. ;-)

I think we have a lead for the account creation. It might be several weeks away yet but a plan is formulating.

So, are you saying there is no way I can get into Uru until this is fixed? I played years ago and already had a password but it's not recognizing it, so I assume I have to set up a new one. Is there no way around this? I sure hate to have to wait weeks before I can play again. :(

Are you sure it's the password that's not being recognised? A common error is to forget that the username needs to be the full email address that you registered with, and not your avatar name.
