Annabelle, would you please tone down your posts a bit? I know your intentions are good, but some of your posts sound a bit harsh and I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable posting here. Thank you and ((hugs)).

I do have a question about URU: Ages Beyond Myst (without the To D'ni and/or the Path of the Shell expansion packs). How many City links were there? Just Kadish Gallery? Or the Bahro stones, too?

The Bahro stones linking to Ae'gura were there in Ages Beyond Myst (one in Gahreesen, one in Kadish Tolesa, one in Eder Gira), no doubt to inspire players to run off and sign up for Uru Live.

That's exactly it. But actually I suspected something like that when I thought things over, and came back here now to edit the post and put a note in asking if maybe it is anyway completely random ... now my question is answered ^^ No offense taken actually. I could have guessed it, it's logical.

But of course lacking the thorough experience with the game others have leads to possible errors. I wouldn't be writing here if I wouldn't think that maybe the fact that I played URU:CC offline directly before playing it again here in MO:ULa might give me an advantage in some other respects. Nevertheless, I might also be wrong on the next one I found, which is why I will write it as a question:

The Relto page for the islands moves around from neighborhood to neighborhood, so just keep checking different ones until you find it.

It doesn't "move around" -- it just has a chance to appear. Someone keeps stealing them, I guess

Aaaah wonderful, so I'll keep on keeping my eyes open! But ... we've strayed a bit off topic

Played Er'cana offline yesterday and found some small differences:

[Reveal] Spoiler:

* in the cleft where online the symbol of the shell forms, offline there is a drawing of the star fissure at the wall that acts like a Relto book (for whatever reason it is there ...)
* in Uru:CC, there is no Relto page in the cleft with the mushrooms
* the leftmost lever of the train controls can not be moved at all, and the cable at the ladder is not there - I guess they made this graphically clearer that this lever belongs to the damaged ladder that can not be retracted any more

Got another one, but still have to find out the implications:

There's no switch in the tower in Ahnonay, just the wheel. And it seems it is not possible to switch ages with the door switch.
