Ummm...holding the switch on the aquarium?

How the heck do you hold the switch down on the aquarium for three seconds. My guy just taps it fast.

The first time you can only tap it. The next time you hold the mouse button down on it for three seconds.

Thanks Charura, that worked but honestly I don't really know how I managed it. I suppose I muddled around and did it just how you explained it.

I crashed when I held the button the first time. When I recovered and came back the tank door was open.

The first time you touched the button you were not standing at the propper spot so it moved your avatar a little bit and the second time you were standing at the right spot. Same thing when playing the doors in Delin and Tsogal. For a faster response, alway "pre-touch" your cloth to move your avatar on the right spot and do not move the avatar until you have done the touch called by the door caller.

I go for four seconds, just to be on the safe side. Well, as long as you get in, that's all that matters.

Hmm, I ought to go and check to see if Mr. Sharper put up his Christmas tree....

You do have to hold for 3 seconds. It's counting the amount of time you hold down the mouse button, but the avatar spends most of that time just reaching for the switch.

Normally the disconnect between when you click something and when the avatar actually touches it doesn't matter, but it looks weird for the tank since you don't have the same delay letting go of the button as you do pressing it.

@ Ehren: yeah you are right!

My avatars (in fact everyone's avatar) are not responding as fast. I was more focusing on them than on my finger on the mouse.

So it's 3 seconds hold then! :lol:
