Here's what I get when I try to obtain a new password to my URU account.

ACCOUNT CREATION IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE
Sorry, but we are currently unable to process any account creation or password reset requests. Please try again later.

I have an account but I get this when I try to reset password. My login is okay, but, man, I have forgotten the password. I've been at it off and on for a week. Suggestions?

Shorah, jimmyleg and welcome home!

There's already a thread about this: Account Creation Service Issues

In summary, you need to send a PM to Chogon and/or Tor'i about it.

Your password is most likely your email adress, or at least the email adress you used at the time.

It's the user name that is your email address. That fact is often forgotten if people have been using the saved login feature or haven't been on in a while, so they get mixed up and try their avatar name or forum user name.

In my case the password was user defined many years ago. The password reset service is available now, and I'm snooping around the old haunts. Lots 'o new folks. Thanks, all.
