How do I change the email address on an account? I'm about to ditch my current ISP and all my email addresses are going to go *poof*.

I also need to change the email address associated with my account. I did go through the Upgrade process, and have now verified my account with my phone number, however I did not see any way to change to a different email address.

I've tried accessing the http://support.cyanworlds.com/ site, but it appears to be down.

I'm thinking perhaps it's not possible to change an email address, since it's used as the logon? But perhaps once we've associated our account with a cell number it'll be ok if we no longer have access to that old email account? If so, then that's workable for me.

As long as you don't forget the adress and the password, nothing much will happen. It's not like Cyan checks if an email adress is still valid. Without the the adress however, you won't be able to change your password.

Well access to that email address was required in order to complete the Upgrade process. I've done that now, but don't know if access to the account may not be required for something else in the future. That is my concern. If not, then sure, it's not an issue. Be nice if we could provide a new primary email address for contact or future validation requirements (or use the now associated cell number for that purpose), even while maintaining an old one as a logon.

Unfortunately, we don't have a good way to change the email address on an account through an online process. Please contact support ([email protected]) and please try to include as much information as you can that you are the "right" person. Then someone will get to it when they can.

However, there is good news about using the Upgrade Account feature. If you were able to Upgrade your MOULa account (before you lost access to your email account) then you will be able to reset your password with just your phone for verification!
