When a bot is in its city, is it possible to use "float" and "walk" to get to Sharpers office?

I suppose you mean when you are in a bot's city.

No, you can't get to the office by walking through the outside wall.
Sharper's office exists like a separate age. What you see through the windows once inside is scenery.
