The OTHER Kadish Vault

I've read that it's possible to enable fly mode in CC but I'm unable to find the mod for this anywhere so I can't check this myself. So, has anyone looked to see what else - if anything - is around the "Age" in which the other (empty) Kadish Vault appears? I've heard tales of things that can only be seen in fly mode that are in the game so I wonder if there was ever any more planned for this, perhaps an explanation of what Yeesha's letter meant?

I believe flymode these days is part of the offline KI.

It's the panel where you insert the combination to open the Vault door.
