Location: Digging around in the dusty archives, uncovering Uru history.
Bots collecting information so that when you do a search for something related to Myst/Uru, if it's mentioned on this forum, it will show up in the search.

Yep. Automated "visitors" like that (at least the ones that are recognised as such) are treated as a special class of visitor - restricted from posting, get served a simplified version of the site, etc.
